Nike Dundrum is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

What you bring:

Join the NIKE, Inc. team! As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service and ensuring a premium brand experience for our consumers. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the employees in your department while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere. You will support the management of the daily business in your area to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems in partnership with your store leadership and be a brand ambassador for NIKE’s initiatives. You will also ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

Our coaches specialize in one business area but will support cross-functionally:

COMMERCIAL/VM

  • Adopt and implement global Visual Merchandising and Styling standards for relevant categories and ensure execution.

  • Manage implementation and maintenance of category experiences and controlled spaces throughout the department.

  • Oversee the execution of key Category initiatives and seasonal strategies for your department.

  • Manage resources and executes Visual Merchandising and Styling guidelines for department refits.

  • Manage a core team and set goals to link to the overall brand and business priorities.

  • Coach staff, support development, and drives performance management, recognition, and rewards.

  • Monitor department to ensure visual standards are met and visual merchandising and styling is consistent; facilitate feedback process with store leadership and Commercial team.

  • Execute training strategies to ensure department personnel have adequate knowledge of visual standards and visual merchandising techniques.

  • Interact with management and key business partners to ensure plans and execution support overall Brand/ Category strategy and direction.

  • Leading a team who can deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards

  • Ensuring the smooth process of all inventories warranting our sales floor is always full, presentable and achieve brand standards

  • Working alongside department leads who will oversee the individual components (product receiving and visual presentation) whilst you will be responsible for the overall product journey in store.

  • Being responsible for monthly initiative launches

  • Using our reporting tools to make the best commercial decisions

  • Achieving accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders

Qualifications

  • Four years customer service and/or retail experience, at least one of those years in a Floor Manager function

  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team

  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.

  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (9am-9pm), which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
