ManpowerGroup Quality Compliance Coordinator in Ankeny, Iowa

We are looking for a Quality Compliance Coordinator. The Coordinator assists the Quality and Engineering Departments to support customers with internal compliance and regulation, customer compliance, nonconformance's, product inspection & reporting, 8D corrective action, customer portal management, and other related activities.

Job Title: Quality Compliance Coordinator

Location: Ankeny, IA

Pay: $50,000-60,000/yr

What’s the Job?

  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and certification

  • ISO 9001:2015

  • Customer Specific Documentation.

  • Generating Certificates of Origin & Free Trade Agreement documents for customers and vendors

  • Fulfill vendor and supplier requests for compliance and certification information

  • Manage and administrate various customer portals

  • Work directly with customers to:

  • Provide rapid response and problem solving solutions to address product issues

  • Assist with the product return process including initial response and feedback

  • Identify & implement process improvement strategies

  • Facilitate and maintain a direct line of communication with our Corporate office in Italy on all customer related issues

  • Aid in administering technical changes to products issued by Corporate Engineering/Quality

  • Validate customer compliance specifications to product specs & designs as necessary

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s degree (B. A./BS) or equivalent from four-year college, or related field with experience in Quality or Compliance activities; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
