Position description:

E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. is hiring a Mid-Levl HR Business Process Development SME to work in support of the Army IPPS-A program. Prior experience with Army Recruiting/ Army Accessions is preferred.  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support the Functional Management Division (FMD) of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) by supporting multiple FMD activities with primary focus on Army human resource business process development.

• Support requirements development and analysis, systems analysis, and functional documentation development.

• Work with the program management team and the system integrator to facilitate understanding of functional requirements. 

• Support critical development and design activities to ensure that IPPS-A can properly account for and transact on all Soldiers in all Components.

• Provide input to the IPPS-A program regarding issues or concerns with product design and development. 

• Provide input and take part in senior-level briefings, as required.

• Coordinate across government entities in analyzing and implementing plans, policies, and operational procedures for functional support operations.

  Education and qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship

• Current secret security clearance

• High School diploma or GED

• 4+ years of experience with Army HR and Pay processes

• Experience with Army Human Resources Command operations and structure

• Experience with government operations, HR policies, and business operations

• Experience with Army HR Doctrine

• Ability to respond quickly to tasks and scheduling requests

• Possession of excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience with data gathering and analysis

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365

• Must be available to support on-site Mon-Fri schedule in Crystal City

  Preferred experience:

• 2+ years of experience with Army Recruiting / Accessions processes preferred

• Experience with Azure DevOps for use in Agile Build/Test activities preferred

• Understanding of SAFe Agile Development approaches preferred
