Chick-fil-A Project Lead, Restaurant Cash Management Operations in Atlanta, Georgia
Overview
This is a professional level role requiring a person who will lead and manage assignments that support Restaurant Cash Management functions specifically related to Customer Payment Operations. This role will be responsible for projects related to credit card chargebacks, fraud mitigation, digital payment support, and daily Restaurant cash management support.
This individual will be expected to provide 2nd mile service to Operators, 3rd party vendors, and internal staff. Work is often completed with significant latitude and is a flexible mix of working in person and virtually guided by Cornerstones. Occasional after hour support or over-time may be required to meet goals or guidelines.

Responsibilities
Lead projects and activities that enable scalable processes for incoming and outgoing payments
Serve as a subject matter expert in Customer Payment Operations
Leverage analytical platforms and insights to communicate and influence business decisions
Represent Restaurant Cash Management in cross-functional meetings and with external vendors
Assist with selection and/or oversight of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcome and results
Communicate proactively and effectively with Operators, third party vendors, and internal business partners
Orient, train, assign, and check the work of less experience staff
Support emerging International business needs
Participate and contribute to Team Planning and Budgeting
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Analytics, Accounting Background
Analytical and detail-oriented
Accounting knowledge and experience
Knowledge and understanding of Chick-fil-A’s standard suite of work solutions (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge or ability to learn new financial systems and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Fraud Mitigation and/or credit card chargebacks
Passed all four parts of CPA exam, CPA eligible, or CPA
