POSITION TYPE: Full-Time/Part-Time, Hourly

LOCATION: Auburn, WA

WAGE: $18.00

• RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assists HR with various projects including: recruiting, anniversary’s, benefits, etc.

• Updates, organizes, and posts HR forms and files at the location.

• Assist Customer Service department with updating reports and distributing reports

• Assist with organizing the office: Maintain communication board, updating conference room calendars, assist with scheduling and organizing company meetings and events.

• Distributes materials to the various locations.

• Other duties as assigned.

  QUALIFICATIONS :

• Currently enrolled and taking classes towards a Bachelors Degree.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

• Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.

• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

• Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications.

• Regular attendance is required.
