A Contributing Teammate – You play an important role in drivingincremental sales and product growth to Diamond Glow only accounts throughserum sales and new equipment purchases.You also contribute to the SkinMedica business by working with DiamondGlow prospects and identifying SkinMedica lead opportunities to help grow thetopical aesthetic market. In addition,you will execute on projects that will help increase sales for the SkinMedicaInside Sales team at a National level.
A Trusted Colleague – You will work closely with a team of 10Inside Sales representatives and 2 Inside Sales Managers to grow the aesthetic market by workingwith Diamond Glow prospect customers and helping them in their journey tobecoming an Allergan Aesthetics customer.You will do this by providing the appropriate education and training toensure they become active and productive new customers. Once the customer establishes an aestheticaccount, you will assist them with their Diamond Glow needs and where applicable,warmly introduce them to their SkinMedica sales representative for businessdevelopment support.
A Proactive learner. You are responsible for DiamondGlow and serum education and will possess the knowledge and business acumen toeffectively communicate competitive product differentiation. You will also beknowledgeable on SkinMedica products and Allergan Aesthetic programs. In addition, you will invest in your personaldevelopment and take ownership of your career development.
A Solution-focused individual. You will navigatethrough challenges and ambiguity with an outward mindset and will openlycommunicate ideas and feedback with a positive and professional approach.
Contribute to National salesquota results for the Inside Sales SkinMedica team by increasing serum sales. Responsible for qualifying Diamond Glow prospects, educatingprospects and growing designated existing Diamond Glow only accounts that donot have rep support.
Collaborate closely with Inside Sales teammates on prospectcustomers who open new accounts and will ensure new customers have a smoothjourney onboarding with Aesthetics by providing client profile information tothe appropriate sales representative.
Identify growthopportunities through lead generation byidentifying SkinMedica opportunities and creating new productive SkinMedicacustomers. You will also helpyour Inside Sales SkinMedica team with launching new products and new productindications.
Enhance customersknowledge and awareness of DiamondGlow equipment, treatments and serums through education provided over the phoneand virtually using tools such as Office Teams and WebEx. You will share information such as indications,contraindications, and safety of company products.
Educate and support Diamond Glow only customers with marketing resources including website and social media tools.
Support and facilitate the execution of remotetraining workshops and assist with additional educational programs conductedvirtually.
Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficienttime management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level ofcustomer service.
Complete administrativeresponsibilities including monthly reports and customer database management. Manageday-to-day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner i.e.Salesforce.com
Stay current withknowledge of the industry and competitive products.
Develop and maintain supportive, productive andeffective relationships at all levels within the organization.
Participate in team meetings and occasionalNational meetings
Be compliant with all applicablequality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
Consistently communicate with Inside Sales AreaManagers and Inside Sales counterparts to include communication on newcustomers for warm transfers and forecasting pipeline for future customers.
Demonstrate a strong workethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty,loyalty, and professionalism always.
Re cognize and acknowledge department andcustomer issues and their potential impact on sales and development or businessopportunities. Obtain information, understand needs, determine solutions, andpropose innovative ideas to consistently solve internal and external customerproblems.
Associates Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years successful customer service sales or selling experience
Preferred, but not required:
Experience and knowledge of concepts within the healthcare environment
Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physician’s practice
Knowledge of aesthetics and customer service skills
Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and procedures, and medical terminology
Knowledge of medical device/pharmaceutical/aesthetic market or a relatedfield
Skill in demonstrating a professional phone and in person etiquette
Skill in managing time effectively
Ability to provide service to accounts in various time zones across theUS
Ability to present to a group in a WebEx or virtual setting
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, withemployees or various disciplines within various departments and all otherinternal and external contacts
Ability to work independently and plan extensively to meet goals
Ability to track sales performance
Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced,multi-task environment
Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple projects whilemaintaining a high degree of customer service
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, MSWord, EXCEL, PowerPoint andsome database software
