You will be a part of a professional team of inside sales personnelthat supports existing field sales, operational and marketing initiativesutilizing a set of approved best practices, job aides, and quality metrics tobuild lasting relationships with Healthcare Practices across the nation.
A Fast-Thinking Learner. Youmust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a continued focus onutilizing phone and other channels to create, nurture, and expand relationshipswith healthcare professionals to achieve brand objectives.
A Communicative Self-starter. Youwill possess strong verbal communication skills, be highly organized, flexible,self-starter and have the ability to articulate value on a consistent basis inorder to foster growth of an expanding customer base through creating positivecustomer interactions and lasting relationships.
Communicate thoroughly. Ability to use inside sales techniques to ensure positiveresults to a highly targeted, assigned list of healthcare professionals tooffer samples, resources and follow up conversations
Maintain a heavy callvolume. Meet and exceed establisheddaily and monthly call volume metrics successfully leading to executableactivity. Maintain and expand the database of prospects. Be able to manage callactivity and phrasing in synch with Abbvie approved best practices andcompliance regulations
Search for potentialaccounts. Develop sales opportunitiesby researching and identifying potential accounts. Process customer requestsrelated to product samples and literature programs in a timely, accurate, andprofessional manner
Communicate andcollaborate. Collaborate with appropriateteam members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. Maintain therequired product expertise including competitive product knowledge
Stay in contact withhealthcare professionals. Engage targetedhealthcare professionals in in-depth informational/promotional communicationsin accordance with policies and procedures set by the program. Profile andmanage targeted list of healthcare professionals, and provide value-addedbenefits to grow product volume
Enter and maintain dataregularly. Verify and complete requireddata entry including details of the target’s responses, notes, and anyfollow-through actions in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuringdata integrity
Remain professional andpersonable while interacting via phone. Projecta professional company image through all phone interactions and establishongoing relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service
Work with a positiveapproach. Display a positive attitudeand customer focus, provide timely resolution for all customer issues,concerns, and/or questions using scripted responses
The ideal candidate will have a background indirect selling and a minimum of an Associate degree however a bachelor’s degreeis preferred
The candidate is required to have at least 2years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in an environmentincentivized by established goals and metrics
The ability to work independently, highlyorganized and superior communication skills
Experience in the healthcare industry involvinginteraction with physicians, patients, etc. preferred.
Skills and abilities of clinical techniques andunderstanding of medical terminology
Knowledge of medical device, pharmaceutical,aesthetic market or related field
Skills demonstrating professional phoneetiquette
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience using Salesforce
Ability to learn, assimilate information intopractice to follow established, mandatory best practices including, but notlimited to
Daily activity, goals, metrics
Expedient, usage of database and other coretools
Maintaining strict quality control standardsand performance monitoring
Providing input on quality of calls, job aids,and targeted opportunities for ongoing improvement of daily output
Follow established escalation pathways,identifying with parties within Allergan Aesthetics that are required for issueresolution
Partner with field sales, operations, andmarketing to further identify methods to improve call center channeleffectiveness
