Manage UT RSOC general operations and provide day-to-day direction to UT RSOC teams.Plan, develop, and maintain all program elements for the UT RSOC.Establish appropriate training and mentoring programs to onboard students (e.g., NIST NICE) and to ensure they are continuously growing their skills.Ensure the UT RSOC has a very strong outreach program.Work collaboratively with UT ISO team resources to ensure the RSOC is being effectively served and supported from a security operations standpoint.Collaborate with other Texas RSOCs and the Texas Department of Information Resources to ensure operational success of the UT RSOC.Work with CISO to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of the UT RSOC.Other related functions as assigned.
