Performs entry-level administrative or technical support work. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative, technical, and/or office support work for the department. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor. Essential Duties:Customer facing desktop support. Providing excellent customer service while supporting local users with day to day technical issuesDocumentation migration; Assisting in the validation, reorganization, and repository migration through SharePoint. Provide technical support to end-users via walk-in, chat, phone to resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, antivirus scans, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security of systems Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies, upgrade existing systems, and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and procedures. Maintain good working relationships.Other duties as assigned.
