Responsibilities

Bing Pros is a marketplace that links consumers with service providers across various categories, aiming to expand the customer base of small and medium businesses via the Microsoft Search and Content ecosystem. It transforms web users into service buyers through a lead generation model.​ You will play a key role in driving algorithmic and modeling improvement to the system, analyze performance and identify opportunities based on offline and online testing, develop and deliver robust and scalable solutions, make direct impact to both consumer and provider experience, and continually increase the accepted leads of Bing Pros. You should also have good communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experiences in applying deep learning techniques and drive E2E AI product development (LLM, Search, NLP, etc)

• Excellent coding experience in Python, C++, C#, C or Java

• Demonstrated excellence in coding and technical communication.
