Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead & develop corporate omni-channel HCP engagement strategy & roadmap
• Lead corporate omni-channel solution design & new digital channel landing
• Lead corporate wide digital content factory mechanism design & operation
• Lead organization’s field force change management for transformation adoption • Design and implement omni-channel campaigns to activate both HCP and field force • Collaborate with cross functions to ensure the transformational initiatives
• Integrate partner capabilities to maximize HCP facing services and user experiences
• Track omni-channel effectiveness, ensure that aligned with digital strategy, digital governance, legal and compliance guidelines
• Lead the team to continuously deliver and achieve targets
Qualifications and Skills:
Level of Education
Digital background preferred Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred Working Experience in Relevant Field
10+ years working experiences, with at least 3 years digital omni-channel / field transformation related experiences, pharmaceutical industry & team leader experiences is a must
