Job Description

PURPOSE

Motivate team members to execute the product strategies and action plans from central marketing; plan the activities and action plans of responsible region to ensure the consistency with the company strategy; develop and maintain the regional KOLs/Speakers. Read and analyze the sales data and provide feedback of competitive products; support the local training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the national albumin regional marketing team to ensure team members achieve performance goals and maintain efficient collaboration.

  • Lead the team to establish regional product strategies to ensure alignment with the overall market strategy.

  • Lead the team in planning and executing regional marketing activities and action plans, while assisting in the execution of central marketing activities in the region.

  • Lead the team to analyze regional market development trends by integrating sales, central marketing, medical department, and other relevant data, and actively participate in central marketing brand building.

  • Lead the team in developing and maintaining key opinion leaders (KOLs) and speakers in the region, managing regional academic leaders, and establishing a regional speaker system.

  • Coordinate with the sales department to plan, supervise, and provide feedback on regional activity-related information.

  • Lead the team in collecting competitive intelligence, interpreting and analyzing sales data, providing timely feedback on competitive information, and conducting monthly reports.

  • Continuously develop the capabilities of team members, provide training and guidance, and ensure the efficient operation of the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

Bachelor degree or above majored in medicine or other related.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

10 years of medical marketing related working experiences, management experience is preferred.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to jointly promote business development and increase market share.

  • Strong data analysis skills and market insight.

  • Good communication and team leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate various resources to facilitate smooth implementation of work.

  • Strong ability to handle pressure and problem-solving skills, able to maintain team stability in complex environments.

  • Proactive, innovative, with a strong spirit of teamwork and execution.

  • Proficient in using computer office software.

  • Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
