工作内容：

• 与质量，技术及其他部门通力合作，对生产资源各要素（机器，人员、材料和工艺）进行最佳规划和利用，不断持续优化改 进或再造生产流程，提高生产效率，提供超越顾客期望的具有成本竞争力的产品。

• 合理规划配置产能及材料供应，用最低的库存和成本来最大程度地满足市场需求。

• 配合或引领执行供应链项目实施（如：卓越工厂等）。

• 支持精益理念并将其纳入制造工艺，熟知消费者健康质量与合规体系，确保生产运营流程遵循质量、合规、安全等相关 政策规定。

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2024 年毕业的应届生，以及全职工作半年内的同学均可申请。

• 本科或以上学历，药学、化工与制药、化学、自动化、机电类等相关专业。

• 较强的英语听写能力，口语沟通流利，并具备良好的表达能力。

• 品学兼优，具有较强的领导能力。

• 具有较强的沟通协调能力， 分析计划能力，和解决问题能力。

• 具有团队合作精神， 能适应灵活多变的工作环境。
