Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、负责设计和实现AI产品联想小天和智能体小程序的数据体系，确保数据采集、清洗、整合和存储满足业务需求；
2、负责开发数据报表和仪表板，为高层管理层和关键业务部门提供实时、准确的决策依据；
3、深入参与AI产品和智能体小程序的功能迭代和用户体验提升，提供全面的数据洞察和优化建议；
4、与业务、产品、运营等部门紧密合作，准确挖掘其数据需求，制定和实施全面的数据解决方案。
任职要求：
1、计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业，至少4年以上数据开发或相关领域的工作经验；
2、精通Hadoop/Hive/spark/Flink等分布式计算技术，具备海量数据的处理和数据模型调优经验；
3、具备运用Java或者Python语言的开发能力，熟练使用HiveSQL和SparkSQL进行数据开发；
4、了解AI相关的知识，如机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理等能够为AI产品的持续优化提供战略性建议；
5、热爱学习新知识，对数据敏感，有较强的逻辑思维和沟通协作能力。
