TEKsystems Level 2 Helpdesk Tech in Birmingham, Alabama

Description:

One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization headquartered in Birmingham, AL, is looking for 2 Level 2 Technicians for a POS upgrade project.

The candidate will join the project and learn the business and the processes by which the team will ultimately provide post-installation support. As the team builds to a team of 25-30 technicians. The level 2 technicians will be tasked with handling an higher level issues as well a potential coaching for other technicians.
