The C&B lead Accountant for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Entries are booked timely & compliantly in Cytiva.

You will report to the Business Process Lead - Comp & Benefits, and you will be coordinating a team of ca. 15 external Genpact professionals.

This position is part of the Controllership Team located in Hungary and will be based in Budapest with Hybrid setting (3 days at the office).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Helping to manage the C&B Genpact process team, to drive an efficient close, consistent with Cytiva policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process

• Identifying simplification and enhancement opportunities in accounting and reporting processes relating to C&B

• Actively supporting the Monthly/Quarterly close & reporting process for the Cytiva business including leading the preparation of balance sheet reporting and supplemental data requests for C&B

• Ensure that global C&B, balance sheet account reconciliations are completed within DHR guidelines & lead effective audits of global account reconciliations

• Support internal & external audits for C&B

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance

• Relevant Accounting experience working on Payroll and/or C&B in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows

• Fluent English, in written and spoken

• PC literate and advanced user of an ERP system, as SAP or Oracle

• Experience with complex global projects with different internal stakeholders
