Team Profile The Wealth Management Knowledge Management team is part of the Wealth Management Analytics, Data, and Innovation Organization at Morgan Stanley. This team is responsible for driving the knowledge operating model including but not limited to: creation, management, workflow, retention, and disposition of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's intellectual content. As part of these efforts, the team is responsible for discovering and implementing advanced Artificial Intelligence Natural Language Processing capabilities, including through partnerships with the companies such as Lucidworks, Kore.ai and OpenAI. Executing on this strategy includes close collaboration with the technology organization and cross functionally across the division.

Job Description The candidate will be part of the Generative AI Model Performance Squad responsible for ensuring the connectivity, reliability, and accuracy of Generative AI models and their outputs. The candidate will work closely with select vendor partners and Morgan Stanley's technology partners, product owners to define, develop, and execute use-cases leveraging Generative AI technology. The candidate will also provide support to the Center of Enablement team who is responsible for educating and training employees on Generative AI capabilities. This role will help to provide education and training specific to model performance and troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback and recommendations for model improvement and optimization.

What you'll do in the role: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Generative AI technologies. - Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for creating, managing, and scoring test sets, human evaluations, and model diagnostics. - Collaborate with vendor partners to understand the model capabilities, and limitations, and align the test criteria and methods accordingly - Collaborate with Morgan Stanley tech partners and product owners to understand business use cases and align model applicability - Support the efforts of the Center of Enablement through providing trainings and documentation related to Generative AI capabilities. - Prepare presentations to senior management to allow for informed strategic decision-making - Identify and troubleshoot issues, anomalies, and biases in the model performance and outputs, and provide feedback and recommendations for model improvement and optimization - Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in natural language generation and understanding, performance evaluation, and human evaluation

What you'll bring to the role: - BSc degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or another related field - At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, product management and/or management consulting where a similar skill set is developed and demonstrated - Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively - Strong problem solving and data analysis skills, and ability to use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau, etc. - Curious, creative, and critical thinker, and passionate about innovation
