Wells Fargo Financial Crimes Transformation Delivery Lead in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Crimes Transformation Delivery Lead role within Shared Services Operations. This leader will be responsible for coordinating the business management processes supporting an enterprise-wide center of excellence which allows the Bank to meet our regulatory commitments. This manager will staff a team of business analysts who will be responsible for overseeing activities supporting the Financial Crimes Transformation, such as: financial reporting, business metrics, strategy, initiative tracking, resource management, executive reporting, communications, and other organizational governance activities.

This role will directly impact client and employee experience, allow the Bank to comply with regulatory requirements in a scalable way and significantly reduce operating risk. The Financial Crimes Transformation Delivery Lead will interface with Compliance, Risk, and LOB Leaders across the Enterprise. They will drive relationships across Wells Fargo, including, senior levels of Wells Fargo's Financial Crimes Risk Management, Wells Fargo Audit Services (WFAS) and LOB teams. The candidate will work closely to build alignment and capabilities in Wells Fargo's offshore Enterprise Global Services (EGS) centers whose activities will be crucial to building out an effective and efficient Financial Crimes Operations. Experience working across International Regions is critical and require for this leader.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement

  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables

  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk

  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • 3+ years Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, and Strategic Planning of large Financial Crimes programs & initiates across global regions

  • 6+ yeas of direct management experience

  • Strong experience working across global international Regions.

  • Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, create a strong collaborative environment,

  • Develop partnerships with many business and functional areas across Wells Fargo

  • Effective relationship management and the ability to influence and create an environment that fosters.

  • Collaboration and credible challenge across multiple levels of the organization

  • Exceptional track record of driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions, and delivering results.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication across variety of audiences and constituencies, including executive management

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions.

  • Superb collaboration skills across multiple levels and functions with demonstrated success through decision making and in gaining alignment.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously in a balanced approach.

  • Demonstrated core competencies in Leadership, Risk Management, Change

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
