Join us for a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract as an Entry Level Talent (ELT) Programmes Manager for Siemens Mobility. Our ELT Programmes team guides 350 entry-level talent learners through diverse development programmes. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Head of ELT Programmes to govern, manage, and facilitate our Graduate and Intern programmes across the organisation.

You’ll make a difference by

  • Conducting regular feedback reviews with graduates to address concerns and monitor progress.

  • Facilitating the Graduate community, including placement plans and development programmes, collaborating closely with the Siemens GP Stratgies.

  • Leading placement review sessions and presenting to relevant stakeholders.

  • Planning and overseeing new graduate onboarding and induction processes.

  • Providing support and guidance for all ELT members and advising on ELT activities.

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the Intern programme and other business needs as required.

Your success will be grounded by

  • Demonstrated experience in effectively facilitating entry-level talent programmes, ideally with a focus on graduate-level initiatives.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, taking initiative, and assuming responsibility for tasks, actions, and decisions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling seamless interaction and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

  • A customer-centric approach, ensuring the needs and expectations of all parties are met or exceeded.

  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information with utmost diligence.

  • Proficiency in generating and analysing management information, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
