Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant with American Mercy Home Care, you hold the key to transformation. Each day, you walk beside patients on their journey of therapeutic and occupational rehabilitation, kindling hope and igniting the flame of possibility. Under the direct supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you play a pivotal role in restoring independence and fostering a brighter future.

With passion and precision, you execute the treatment plan prescribed by the physician. Each visit you make is a brushstroke of healing, painted in compliance with state and federal guidelines, and infused with the essence of compassion. Patient care education becomes your masterpiece, empowering both patients and caregivers with the knowledge to embrace the path of recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Technology

• Current state license to practice,

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

• One year of occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting

Pay Range

$27.45 - $39.80 /hour
