Job Summary
The OneCard Sr. Financial Analyst provides administration and oversight of NiSource's corporate expense reimbursement program. This position interacts directly with employees and service providers on all OneCard Program processes. This position proposes procedural changes that will help drive efficiency and cost savings through continuous improvement on reporting, auditing, and training.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manages all facets of the corporate OneCard and expense reimbursement program
Manages the relationship with the OneCard bank provider and resolve disputes with the Bank
Manages the relationship with the expense management service provider and resolve disputes with the supplier.
Assistemployeeswithexpensereportrelatedissues
Oversees all day to day functions and activities essential to the Corporate Card program to ensure successful measurement against KPI’s
Analyzes, creates, and implement process improvements to ensure adherence to KPI’s
Identifies technical issues and recommends resolutions to appropriate department(s) to resolve
Reconciles source documents to system reports and independently resolves discrepancies
Performs financial account reconciliations and independently analyzes and resolves discrepancies
Develops professional, useful, understandable reports for analytic review of spend
Understands and ensures compliance to NiSource policies and procedures
Performs audits of user data to identify discrepancies against NiSource policies and procedures and recommends solutions.
Resolves issues related to employee expense submissions, file transfers to the bank, and incorrect record transmissions to the general ledger system
Supervises training and support for all users of the process
Communicates effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Maintains confidentiality of employee data
Required Qualifications for Position
Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience
Three plus years of experience with SAP Concur, Cognos,and/or JP Morgan card programs
SAPConcurVerifytoolexperiencepreferred
Microsoft PowerBI experience preferred
Proven knowledge of business expenses
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization
Demonstrated ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
Ability to train others
Exhibits commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Focuses on internal and external customer needs
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Completes projects and tasks with minimal oversight and direction

$77,400.00 - $116,200.00
