Your Job:

The Director - Transplant Data Systems and Business Operations directs and manages the planning, coordination, implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems and has oversite of the business operations for Methodist Transplant programs to include productivity, revenue cycle process, managed care contracting partnership, financial and value management.

Your Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems required or equivalent work experience (5-10 years) can replace educational requirement if Bachelor’s degree is in another field. Master’s Degree in IT Management or Business preferred

  • Epic Ambulatory, Epic Inpatient, Phoenix, Epic Report Writing certifications preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous leadership experience

  • Experience with Transplant data and reporting tools
