Tasks:

Technical coordination of project teams in the area of new production line concepts, new processes, planning/reviewing of production flows or manufacturing lines for backend and test processes

Creating and keeping the overview about industrialization status of production lines

Adherence to financial budget and time schedule. Monitoring and reporting equipment maturity, process & production performance KPIs

Independent realization of projects or their coordination for a holistic, sustainable process optimization during product launch

Application of statistical methods and structured problem solving methods

Collaboration with our worldwide competence network for know-how exchange

Requirements:

Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or equivalent

Several years professional experience in industrialization of series products as well as project management

Expertise in the field of electronics production

Spirit of innovation, creativity, proactive behavior and solution-oriented work style

Structured way of working, analytical thinking, entrepreneurship

Fluent business English written and spoken

Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 25%)

Team spirit and ability to communicate in an international and multicultural environment
