Our client, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in Project Management or Project Coordination which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $35.00-$41.00 Hourly

What’s the Job?

• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procument teams to ensure project deliverables are executed successfully.

• Track project progress, identify any potential risk or issues, and develop mitigations.

• Facilitate regular meeting and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to keep everyone informed.

• Prepare and coordinate project reviews for internal teams at all project phases.

What’s Needed?

• Associates Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

• Ability to produce and maintain project budgets, schedules, and manage risk.

• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time while maintaining priorities.

• Ability to understand project interdependancies and the impact of decisions across stakeholders.
