The opportunity

As a QA Shopfloor Specialist, you'll be the eyes and ears for quality in production and supportive areas, ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. This dynamic role offers the chance to directly impact lives by overseeing production processes on the shop floor. You'll collaborate with a skilled team, tackle critical projects, and have the potential to progress within the QA department.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Conduct shop floor supervision to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and procedures

  • Observe shop floor operations to ensure aseptic behavior of operators in classified areas

  • Collaborate with the production manager to resolve GMP observations and initiate quality improvement projects aimed at controlling risks in production processes

  • Prepare reports on shop floor observations

  • Review documents as part of oversight

  • Participate in projects on behalf of QA

  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions initiated as a result of various investigations

Your experience and qualifications

  • HBO/Academic degree in Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Food Technology

  • Good understanding of quality management principles, FDA, and EU GMP guidelines

  • Knowledge of aseptic processes and validation is a plus

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential

  • Excellent communication skills to clearly formulate thoughts, problems, and solutions

  • A proactive, persuasive, meticulous, and decisive approach
