Amazon Account Manager in Hangzhou, China

Description

We are looking for a analytical and results-driven individual with retail experience to devise long term strategy for product categories, analyzing data and insights to identify category trends and sellers need, and maximize category performance. They must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Must be focused on analytical capabilities and driving results, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning/Analysis:

  • Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Sellers business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.

  • Analyze category trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.

  • Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.

  • Propose and implement strategy for category development and track progress to deliver results.

Leadership:

  • Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.

  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
