Our customer is looking for a PC Technician to join their team. Opened in 1956, in Huntington, West Virginia, our customer is a 303-bed teaching hospital for Marshall University Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy and Nursing. Customer is home to the Hoops Family Children’s Hospital and the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center and cares for patients throughout West Virginia, eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. Customer is a member of Mountain Health Network, which includes St. Mary’s Medical Center, a 393-bed teaching hospital that operates St. Mary’s Schools of Nursing, Respiratory Care and Medical Imaging, and a management agreement with Pleasant Valley Hospital, a 201-bed facility with 101 licensed acute beds and 100 long-term care beds.

1. Hardware Support ( 75% of this candidate day will be doing break-fix, running cables, Swapping out computers, hands-on with the hardware. This candidate will be doing a lot of computer setup and working with laptop carts. )

2. Help Desk Support (25% of this candidate's day will be spent filling basic tickets when there isn't break-fix work to do. This person will be using service pro as the ticketing systems, password resets and upgrades)

3. Lenovo computer experience ( all of the laptops and Lenovo with windows, no specific hardware needed, but needs to understand how to set up a computer from box to fully functional. No printer experience needed , they use a service provider for this)
