Our mission extends from the United States to Puerto Rico and overseas sites, covering activities governed by U.S. Import Export and Trade laws and regulations. We keep our finger on the pulse of trade compliance, providing prompt updates on regulatory changes and equipping functional teams subject to U.S. regulatory jurisdiction with the right tools. • Risk Mitigation : Review supply chain plans and changes, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to trade economic sanctions, as well as export and import controls. Regular engagement with internal business partners will be crucial for risk management.

  • Cross-Functional Influence : Lead cross-functional projects and processes, getting results even when influencing colleagues who may not directly report to your function or area.

  • External Representation : As our compliance ambassador, you’ll represent Lilly externally. This includes liaising with U.S. government agencies, industry partners, trade functions, and external counsel as needed.
