We are seeking an Associate Scientist, Biotransformation to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Indianapolis .

As an Associate Scientist, Biotransformation , you will be instrumental in conducting critical research and analyses to advance our understanding of drug metabolism and its implications for human health.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting in vitro and in vivo metabolite identification studies.

• Preparing samples, processing data, and troubleshooting analytical issues.

• Writing protocols and reports, and compiling and analyzing data.

• Developing and implementing analytical methods under supervision.

• Ensuring timely delivery of results in line with project schedules.

• Performing laboratory maintenance and instrument servicing.

• Following senior staff directions and providing guidance to junior team members.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in laboratory practices, particularly instrument use and maintenance.

• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Strong foundation in laboratory equipment and instrumentation.

• Teamwork capabilities and good laboratory practice implementation.

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and multitasking abilities.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52,500.00 - $87,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
