I am looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst / Manager, Commercial Finance that will be responsible for assisting in the financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Botox Therapeutic Business Unit who will partner with Sales & Marketing to achieve short-term and long-term objectives for the business. I am also looking for someone who will drive process improvements and help automate reporting. This position will also assist in the consolidation of the Medical Therapeutics Division.

You Will

The Senior Financial Analyst / Manager, Commercial Finance will be responsible for assisting in the financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Botox Therapeutic business and partner with Sales & Marketing to achieve short-term and long-term objectives for the business. This position will also assist in the consolidation of the Medical Therapeutics Division.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Assist forecasting, planning, and reporting for the BotoxTherapeutic business.

  • Key point person for financial information related tothe Botox Therapeutic business Selling, Marketing and Promotionalexpenses.

  • Provide Daily Sales/KPI updates to leadership team

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing and other functions todevelop topline and expense budgets and track performance vs. targets

  • Lead initiatives to improve overall efficiency andeffectiveness of finance processes & resource allocation. Examplesinclude development of automated financial reporting packages, improvingforecast accuracy for variable costs and identification/improvement ofmanual or ineffective processes.

  • Coordinate various spend initiatives and assist withcapital resource allocation decisions

  • Analyze headcount with related expenses, PromotionalExpense by category and S&M expense

  • Month-end close activities such as expense accruals,expense reclass, reserve analyses and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Harmonize accounting, systems, and processes asappropriate and develop standard ad hoc queries

  • Assist with segment financialconsolidation reporting, submissions to Corporate and respond timely toother company priorities and requests including mid-quarter updates

  • Responsible for partnering withCorporate to determine the annual allocations for business unit.

Education/Experience

  • 4-year undergraduate degree, with emphasis in financeor accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred

  • 5 years related work experience

  • Experience applying accounting and financialprinciples, including posting journal entries, balance sheetreconciliations, forecasting/budgeting, cost/benefit and ROI analyses

  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets,modeling, and financial systems including SAP

  • Proven experience in processimprovements and expense leverage
