Position Description

Provide sales and marketing customers, with actionable, efficient and timely support, data and information to promote revenue/market share growth and establish and monitor performance and market trends. Primary responsibilities include: sales and marketing analytics; incentive compensation reporting; business intelligence system administration; pricing and contracting analysis. Working directly with sales and marketing teams, to provide operational solutions/analyses to maximize sales force efficiencies.

MainAreas of Responsibilities

  • Support commercial teams’ reportingand analytics, sales performance management, and sales measure frameworkdevelopment. Ensure analysis is prioritized, developed based onbusiness/customer requirements, and documented as required. Presentresults in a clear and concise format with a focus on findings resultingin the ability to execute strategic improvements.

  • Coordinate with internalstakeholders (Sales Planning and Analytics, Marketing, Sales) to translatebusiness requirements into actionable, systems-oriented solutions.Work directly with I.S. resources to configure, and administer systems (SAPBusiness Objects,, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, etc.) to bettermeet the needs of the commercial organization.

  • Coordinate with incentivecompensation team to effective report and support administration of salesincentive plans and commissions/bonus payouts.

  • Establish and maintain cross-functionalrelationships with internal departments (IS, HR, Sales Administration,etc.). Keep Commercial leaders to date on the status of issues andanalyses, including known problems being worked and perceived risks.

  • Define and assist with thedesign of sales related training and on-boarding programs.

  • Ad-hoc analysis as required.


The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics,Finance, Healthcare, or Economics
