*Experienced Collections Analyst needed for a great opportunity in Lancaster! *

This is a full-time position located in downtown Lancaster.  Parking is provided. The hours are M-F 7:30am-4:30pm. 

There is a possibility of this position becoming a hybrid / remote schedule once the employee is trained/onboarded.  The hybrid / remote schedule is three days on-site and 2 days remote.

The Senior Collections Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining the aging balances
• Collections of the Accounts Receivable via phone/written communication
• Processing cash receipts and postings
• Managing credit card sales
• Analyzing deductions
• Analyzing customer accounts
• Reviewing and releasing orders on hold

The Senior Collections Analyst MUST meet the following requirements:

• 2+ years of collections experience, 3-5+ years preferred
• MS Excel knowledge and familiarity with Pivot Tables
• SAP experience preferred, but not required

• College degree preferred
