Position Description

Under oversight of the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, assist in the preparation Company’s SEC financial filings (10-Q, 10-K) and parent company statutory filings, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and appropriate controls. Prepare quarterly balance sheet reporting and reviews over the accuracy of the financial close including lead schedules and analytics.


Assist in the preparation of footnotes for the 10-Q and 10-K primary financial statements.

Perform analysis and ensure accuracy of external balance sheet accounts.

Develop 10-Q and 10-K workpaper support and document control activities in compliance with S404.

Prepare detailed balance sheet analysis, analytics and key metrics.

Review of the Company’s XBRL filings.

Support team in corporate accounting including impairment analyses and M&A as needed

Liase with external auditors to address audit inquiries.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Typically 1-3 years of accounting in a Big Four accounting firm, financial reporting experience a plus

Demonstrated understanding of technical accounting and SEC reporting requirements

Strong SAP, BPC, Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven problem solving skills
