Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst based in Madison, NJ will be part of Corporate FP&A team with the reporting, forecasting and analysis responsibilities for Commercial and Corporate functions. The position will work cross-functionally and internationally with colleagues in finance from Commercial, G&A, R&D, and Global Operations teams.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Consolidation, reporting and financial analysis of actuals, forecast and budget for Commercial and Corporate Functions.

  • Coordinate the process for key deliverables, consolidate functions, analyze data, prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for Senior Management including decks for the Board of Directors.

  • Data analysis consisting mainly of actuals, forecast and budget comparisons of product revenues as well as P&L.

  • Analysis of gross margin, price/volume, expenses, foreign exchange currency translation and its impact to the P&L at a consolidated level as well as segment level.

  • Provide insight into trends which may require management action.

  • Prepare ad hoc analysis to respond to business needs.

  • Utilize reporting tools to build new ad hoc analysis and reporting to driving automation and efficiency where possible.


The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong personal computer skills, primarily in the areas of financial spreadsheets and presentation formats.

  • Proficiency with Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under tight deadlines.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.


  • BS Degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, with MBA / CPA / CMA preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years finance experience, preferred.
