Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Associate will based in Madison, NJ. This exciting opportunity will provide full life cycle recruiting support at assigned levels across business functions in the U.S. This role will also recruit for various intern and Co-Op openings as well as support administrative and operational duties within Talent Acquisition.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition full life cycle recruiting process for non-exempt requisitions across various business units in the U.S.

  • Execute exempt and hourly consultant-to-hire conversions within assigned client area(s).

  • Support full lifecycle intern recruiting for an assigned client area(s).

  • With direction and partnership with TA leaders, build and develop internal and external relationships with select universities and diversity sources.

  • Identify and attend university/diversity recruiting events (university job fairs, diversity outreach etc.) as a TA representative.

  • Help build and support University/Diversity calendar of events, lead logistical efforts for team as required.

  • Provide technical support for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (Taleo).

  • Provide administrative support to Executive Director TA, tasks to include: invoice management/budget reconciliation, and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • Minimum of two (2) years Talent Acquisition experience to include a minimum of 1.5 years’ experience full-life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • A strong working knowledge of Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required; Workday experiences a plus.

Preferred Skills/Qualification

The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate:

  • Experience working in a large global organization a plus.

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Proven experience supporting multiple client areas and recruiting for various openings.

  • Demonstrated cooperative and collaborative skills with a proven sense of urgency for goal achievement.

  • Highly responsive to incoming communications and requests.

  • Able to maintain professional demeanor at all times and in all situations; experience articulating ideas across various audiences, culture, and situations.

  • High energy, positive outlook, great team player; customer-oriented; has a “can-do” attitude.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in day to day tasks.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
