Overview and Essential Functions

Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. We’re looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our team and help connect America. The Warehouse Technician will handle all material ordering, receive shipments, maintain the warehouse and perform adminisrtative duties.

What you’ll do…

  • Assess material needs

  • Create purchase orders

  • Handle the shipping and receiving of materials

  • Operate forklift to load/unload materials

  • Issue materials to the work crews

  • Resolve order discrepancies

  • Deliver accurate and timely inventory reconciliation reports

  • Reconcile inventory used versus inventory billed

  • Ensure warehouse is well organized and meets company standards

  • Provide support and documentation for audit requests

  • Update and maintain inventory database compliant with company standards

  • Assist supervisor with daily activities

  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Who we are looking for…

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

  • You are able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations

  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

  • You are able to communicate effectively with others.

  • You are able to work over-time; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or on-call

  • You are able to maintain a safe work environment

  • You have the ability to operate a forklift

  • You have a valid Driver's license
