YOUR ROLE
Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in SHEQ area
Monitors, communicates and executes implementation of regulation changes
Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHEQ area
Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization
Translates global and regional
Sustainability targets into site programs & goals
Supports site personnel in Sustainability program implementation
Participates in competency development of site employees on Sustainability
Develop and maintain SHE procedures, work instructions, and records, and conduct new hire orientation on safety policies and procedures
Investigation of incidents including root cause analyses, assisting in the development of corrective actions and documentation of results in SHEcom.
Based out Mentor, support Mentor and Cleveland sites. 50/50 time share between sites.

5-7 years of related SHE and/or Sustainability experience in a manufacturing environment required
The salary for this role is $87,000 - $97,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
