The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting desktop and infrastructure technologies, acting as a liaison between division staff and IT groups. This position will support office desktop, production floor, and infrastructure software and hardware, both independently and at the direction of the corporate IT group. This person is responsible for setting up and troubleshooting equipment for new and existing users, and as directed by the corporate IT group. This person will also conduct business systems and technology training sessions with division employees as needed. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or related field or progress toward a degree 2+ years of Information Technology experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting Knowledge of business systems software, process procedures, and document flow Skilled at Microsoft Office applications with an aptitude for MIS systems and technologies Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to match business needs with available technology EOE/M/F/VETS/DISABILITY
