Strategic Visioning

Ability to define and articulate a clear vision for map-based applications that aligns with the company’s goals and user needs.

Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Product Management Expertise

Experience in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development to launch and iteration.

Skilled in creating and prioritizing product backlogs, defining user stories, and setting acceptance criteria.

User-Centric Focus

Strong commitment to user experience (UX) principles, with the ability to translate user needs into product features that deliver value.

Experience conducting user research, user testing, and incorporating feedback into product development.

Collaboration and Leadership

Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, GIS specialists, and marketers, to achieve product goals.

Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and advocate for the product vision within the organization.

Agile and Scrum Mastery

Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review meetings.

Certification in Agile/Scrum practices (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner [CSPO]) is a plus.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, performance metrics, and market trends to make informed product decisions.

Ability to identify risks, anticipate issues, and creatively solve problems to keep the product development on track.

Be able to optimize vehicle location accuracy with industry available technical and innovation solution from but no limited GPS/Beidou /Glonass / inertial navigation location system;Work with engineering teams to ensure GPS IC hardware and software compatibility and performance standards are met. Be able to conduct navigation App performance optimization.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage diverse opinions and drive consensus.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning

Eagerness to stay abreast of the latest trends in geospatial technology, product management, and Agile practices.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and user needs in a fast-paced development environment..

  • Proficiency with navigation software, GPS technology, and map databases.

  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, and Python.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of automotive software development processes and standards.

  • Min 5 year experience in Navigation system design, software development or data analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Geoinformatics, or related field.
