The candidate will be working as a member of the Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery team as we work to provide faster than same day delivery across North America. We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager with proven supply chain management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs within our Sub Same Day Delivery offering.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for On the road (OTR) quality metrics for our Grocery Delivery businesses. The Supply Chain Manager position will be responsible for driving improvements to key Delivery Quality metrics such as Post SLAM Ops Cancellations, Full Order Not Delivered and Delivered, Not Received.

This position will be open to Bellevue, WA (Greater Seattle Area, Washington), Nashville, TN and New York City, NY for location options.

Key job responsibilities

• Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to proactively identify, optimize, track and report performance.

• Developing and utilizing data inputs and KPI’s to inform operational adjustments.

• Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands.

• Partnering with Directors, Senior Managers, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics

• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

• Experience within Grocery logistics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
