ProjectMoonwalker: Project Moonwalker™ is a new digital ventures unit within Allergan plc (NYSE:AGN), dedicated to creating consumer facing businesses that unlock opportunities in the medical aesthetics category. The team will act fast on consumer trends and behaviors, innovating new technologies to transform the way consumers engage with medical aesthetics. The unit will continue to launch new ventures and pilot programs, helping the medical aesthetics business to drive results and ultimately, re-imagine the future of Allergan.
StealthVenture: We are getting ready to launch and scale our second stealth venture and are ready to transform the medical aesthetics and beauty space. With funding already in place, this venture is well positioned to disrupt the multi-billion dollar US medical aesthetics market, infusing cutting edge technology and killer content into an industry primed for innovation.
User experience design will play a central role in enabling our business to establish product market fit, and beyond, as we move forward with our ambitious strategy to redefine how consumers engage with Medical Aesthetics providers.
You will be empowered to establish your own consumer-led practices, and be the champion of both consumer and Medica Aesthetics provider needs. In turn, we want you to build a repeatable process with our Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to provide consumer insights, prototypes and data to help us achieve our strategic goals.
Placingour consumers and providers at the heart of your work, provide a Voice Of TheCustomer approach to help Product and Engineering move forward with confidence
Ownfeedback through a variety of channels, including user interviews, and datacollection
Ownthe testing strategy to optimize user experience against our business goals
Presentconcepts to senior stakeholders
Minimum of four (4) years experience as a UX manager
Experience leading a UX function within an agile framework
Superior interpersonal, time management and communication skills
Demonstrable experience launching new services or successfuliterations to existing services
Experience in beauty and/or health & wellness industriesstrongly preferred
The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive informationand thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually-demanding and service-orientedenvironment
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalentwork experience
