JPMorgan Chase Treasury Services Business Management, Vice President in New York, New York
Join the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) Treasury Services sales organization as a Business Manager to has the responsibility for executing and communicating business strategy within the Commercial Bank Middle Market, Specialized Industries, Government, Healthcare and Treasury Center of Excellence (TCOE).
As a Vice President on the Treasury Services Business Management team within the MMBSI group you will be responsible for partnership with other members of the Region, Business Management, Finance and Business Operations and Control Teams, as well as with members of the Corporate functions (Compliance, Risk, Real Estate, etc.). Additionally, you will be partnering with key stakeholders in delivering reporting, analysis and controls within the business. Your responsibilities will also include managing various projects on a regional and national level, providing detailed data analysis and supporting management reporting.
Job responsibilities
Leading and coordinating strategic planning sessions, with Regional Management teams and key product partners
Identifying areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
Recommending action steps for enhancing competitive positioning with clients
Determining efficiencies within the business and sponsor productivity and quality efforts
Prioritizing and lead/participate in constant stream of projects required of the business
Aligning resources to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Determining and executing strategies to enhance employee recognition and satisfaction
Partnering with the Senior Sales Managers to deliver the Sales Management Process, which includes the management of sales pipeline, scorecard analysis, etc
Providing business analysis/project management support for regulatory work streams and various business/strategy needs
Partnering with the Finance team as well as Data team in the preparation of reports, budgets and annual and long-term planning reports
Required qualification, capabilities, and skill:
College degree and 8+ of relevant experience in banking, financial services, financial analysis, or business management
An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently and to work well in cross-functional teams
Ability to interpret and present complex data in an easy to comprehend manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders
Mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong project planning and management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills
Strong PowerPoint (PitchPro+) and Excel skills required
Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skill:
MBA preferred
Treasury Management industry experience preferred
