Insight Global Part- Time Customer Service Specialist in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Description

An employer is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. The team is responsible for T-Mobile Fiber and the primary responsibility of this role will be to handle customer calls for appointment follow-up, confirmations, reschedules, and payment reminders. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, a friendly personality, and strong organizational skills, as it involves a significant amount of administrative work. We are looking for candidates who will be working 5 hours Monday-Thursday and there will be flexibility on Fridays (expecting 16-20 hours per week).

  • Conduct outgoing calls to customers for appointment follow-up, confirmations, reschedules, and payment reminders.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and updates in the company's database.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the company.

Skills and Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required null
