As the Principal product manager of AI Compute Infrastructure and Solutions for Edge Computing as a Service, you will have a unique opportunity to transform many industries with adoption AI. You will be responsible for driving the roadmap, strategy and execution of infrastructure solutions that support efficient and scalable AI model training processes. This role requires deep understanding of cloud and edge technologies, market dynamics of AI adoption barriers and opportunities for new compute infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
Champion, develop and communicate a product strategy, aggregated product plan and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives for AI computing infrastructure solutions, which can be delivered as a fully managed service
Drive product development process from concept to launch, working closely CTOs, engineering, sales, marketing, customer support and business operations functions. Own and manage post launch product performance to drive appropriate cross functional actions towards success. Own product integration with CSP and colo technology partners to drive product adoption across varying AI model training and deployment use cases
Drive customer centricity to obtain and sustain high NPS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to identify requirements and prioritize features for product releases
As a Strategic Business Initiative Lead, set policy and direction, build plans, operationalize, and measure 4P success in collaboration with cross functional teams: Engineering, Marketing, Sales, NPI
Partner across the organization to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into meaningful insights
Apply proven frameworks for customer journey, value and offer maps to build products rooted in customer insights
Become an advisor to CTOs, engineering and product owner for prioritizing development activities across computing, networking, storage, software and automation to deliver the service with high SLA
Define and track KPIs to measure success and effectiveness of the offers; drive continuous improvements inclusive of customer use of product and ability to go-to-market.
Lead with data-driven decision making, especially to develop the experience and product roadmaps by surfacing and synthesizing 'outside-in' insights
Deliver towards the business P&L
Qualifications:
Hands on experience in AI model development, training, and deployment, inclusive of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Apache MXNet
Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on cloud/edge/colo infrastructure, products, and services
Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Passion to proactively develop self, in both soft skills as well as accelerated technology learnings leading to product applications. Proven experience with operating in a matrix environment and across geographies
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, customer success and business results
Proven track record of delivering impactful, thoughtful customer experience improvements that solve real customer problems and create significant business value
Proven track record of building new business models and managing technology partners for data center, computing, storage, networking and software stack required to deploy cloud/edge services.
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and deploying cloud/edge/co-lo products or services in a fast-paced & agile environment.
Clear, crisp and concise verbal and written communication skills; with ability to identify opportunities and influence organizations in garnering support for change
Education:
- BS or MS in Computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering

Per the C alifornia statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location , at the time of this posting, is $120,000-190,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
