Group Summary

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. About the Role

ATeamLeaderisresponsibleforensuringthattheirdesignatedproductioncellsmeetproductionrequirements.TheTeamLeaderwillcompletethetaskofmaintainingtheinstalledmeasures.

Your Responsibilities

  • TheTeamLeadermustbecapableofdoingallthejobsinthecellsassigned.

  • Ensure that established OEE quality/availability/performance standards are achieved within designated cells and workstations.

  • Ensure that operators use standard work and associated tools to meet standards.

  • Maintain, post, and report on the critical cell measures (OEE, parts available hour, 5S audits and corrective action.)

  • TrainallnewoperatorsandmakesurealloperatorsunderstandandadheretoStandardWorkandallrequiredpractices.

  • Seeks out and corrects acts or conditions, ensuring all safety and non-safety rules and regulations are followed.

  • Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Minimumgrade12diplomaorequivalentisanasset.

  • Superior organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of The Occupational Health and Safety Act
