Are you passionate about medical education? Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Program Manager to develop and execute the Zimmer Biomet Institute’s (ZBI) medical education and training programs in ANZ. Working closely with the ZBI Director, business units, marketing teams, and appointed Chairs/Faculty you will lead the design and development of courses related to key ZB products and surgical techniques. Responsibilities include course development, setting key learning objectives, identifying target audiences, creating detailed agendas, and managing associated consultant relationships, as well as conduct post event evaluations to ensure continuous program improvement.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Develop and manage education programs for Zimmer Biomet ANZ, ensuring alignment with business strategies and safe training on ZB products.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute medical education activities, maintaining compliance and budget limits.

  • Identify and contract suitable healthcare professionals (HCPs) to serve as faculty for training events, and travel to events to manage and evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Plan and execute medical education activities following internal approval processes, compliance guidelines, and budget limits.

  • Develop learning pathways for new products and technologies.

  • Create comprehensive course agendas and training materials, including content for the ZBI Network's Learning Management System (LMS).

  • In conjunction with the ZBI Director manage the ANZ Medical Education budget providing accurate financial projections and adhering to branding standards.

  • Assess market needs and trends through interaction with HCP faculty, competitors, and emerging surgeons to enhance engagement and attendance at training events.

  • evaluate the effectiveness of courses and materials, using feedback to enhance ZBI’s educational offerings.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (e.g. science, physiotherapy/applied health)

  • Experience working directly with customers, opinion leaders, technical experts and professional staffs in medical devices or healthcare preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
