Position Overview

The Sr. Manager / Associate Product Director – Body Contouring is responsible for strategic planning and tactical implementation of the North America physician marketing function, including strategic planning, messaging development, and creative tactical execution for the assigned product lines.

Drive marketing projects to completion, including creating project goals, plan, and tactics. Must be able to track success factors and provide weekly status reports.

Main Areas ofResponsibilities

  • Drivestrategic and tactical execution of efforts aligned with system sales

  • Primaryresponsibility for strategic planning, messaging development, and creativetactical execution for target physician audiences

  • Providestrategic guidance for prospect seminars, both regionally and locally

  • Providestrategic guidance and lead development of physician prospect webinars andphysician prospect education

  • Drivestrategic tactical execution of plans designed at new market growth outside ofcore space

  • Use marketresearch to drive strategic tactical execution of plans designed to targetnewly defined market segments

  • Manageprospect event strategies, ASM workshops, Tradeshow Engagement efforts.Corporate prospect events

  • Providestrategic guidance and lead development of publication and advertising plan tosupport physician prospect marketing

  • Providestrategic guidance and lead development of digital editorial calendar (eBlast)to support physician prospect marketing

  • Developmessaging and reasons to believe for sales force collateral materials andimplement initiatives with sales force for launch and training.

  • DevelopMaintain prospect driven presentations.

  • Supportprospect segmentation efforts

  • Serve asday-to-day marketing lead with ASM teams

Additional duties mayinclude:

  • Educate and train sales team on matters relatedto CoolSculpting products and programs

  • Develop close working relationship with globalmarketing services, consumer marketing, sales team, tradeshows andCoolSculpting KOLs.

  • Assist in developing and executing annualphysician marketing strategy and tactical plan.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketingprograms and continue to optimize performance for best ROI.

  • Track and analyze budget expenditures andensure adherence to approved budget.

  • Collaborate with internal departments andexternal customers and agencies to achieve objectives.

  • Provide regular feedback to managementregarding project status, as well as other critical issues that affect goalachievement.

  • Attend relevant scientific and technicalmeetings and conferences.

  • Support company goals and objectives, policiesand procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively moreresponsible professional experience in product/marketing management in themedical device is a must. In-depth knowledge of the product marketing andnew product development function.

  • Excellent track record of success, working with minimal supervision to meetproject objectives and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

PreferredSkills/Qualification

The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate.

  • Experience in the aestheticindustry and/or the plastic surgery and dermatology customer is a plus.

Education

  • BS/BA in business or a life science relatedfield is preferred. MBA is desirable.
