  • An integral team member – Youare responsible for comprehensive coordination and administrative support, you willplay an integral role in the development of the Allergan Aesthetics TrainingCenter’s growth strategy.

  • A continuous learner – You willwork to promote an environment of continuous learning by supporting traininginitiatives through the coordination, implementation, and management of avariety of training and development programs, materials, and services

YOU WILL:

  • Serveas the central point-of contact for programs held at the Allergan AestheticsTraining Center, including day to day activities for CoolSculpting University,New Hire training, and other corporate events.

  • Supportthe coordination and logistical support for training programs, includingimplementation of training schedules within SalesForce.com, Microsoft Outlookand Excel

  • Functionas the initial point of contact for attendees at training programs and visitorsto the Training Center.

  • Trackand maintain CoolSculpting program communication through Salesforce.com

  • Assistin planning sessions and processes, including meeting preparation, materialgathering and consolidation, and coordination among customer, prospectiveclients and vendors and the sales team.

  • Workclosely with external vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Maintaininventory of supplies and materials used for training events within the center.

  • Provideoverall administrative support and coordination to ensure seamless operation ofthe training department.

  • Performother duties as assigned.

Qualifications

YOU BRING:

  • Atleast three (3) years of business experience in customer service administrationor project management.

  • Experiencewith InDesign, Illustrator, and Salesforce a plus. Strong MS Office skills required.

  • Flexibilityin work hours and overtime, including weekends, will be required.

  • Excellentorganizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast pacedenvironment.

  • Handson experience with sales force personnel is a plus.

  • Knowledgeof FDA and regulatory statutes as applied to CoolSculpting products, with theability to function in an environment controlled by outside regulatoryentities.

  • Bachelor’sdegree from accredited college or university preferred, or equivalentexperience with emphasis in event, communication, or human resources.

  • Ability to travel up to 40% ofthe time
