Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite position

How you will contribute:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

• Leverage data analysis techniques to identify insights that can inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

• Responsible for executing the highest impact, most cross-functional initiatives across the company, from redesigning pricing strategies to launching new products.

• Dive deep into data, processes, and customer experiences to identify critical insights necessary for business performance improvements and translate them into actionable strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business requirements and drive value.

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to CFO and executives across the business, providing valuable independent perspectives.

• Collect, model, analyze, and interpret sophisticated and/or broad data; identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Prepare and present a variety of operational analyses and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Examples include status reports, dashboards, and development of ad-hoc business models

• Collaborate with BizOps, Business Development, and Product teams to investigate trends and uncover data anomalies

• Identify growth and productivity leverage opportunities within the company to create efficiencies and reduce complexity across end-to-end business processes.

• Drive data-driven analysis to identify areas of improvement and prioritize strategic opportunities.

• Structure complex problems into clear bodies of work, chart the path forward, and enable teams to deliver against strategic priorities.

• Develop, implement, and steer analytical and operational projects with or without formal direction from leaders and find opportunities for further refinement of existing processes and initiate analysis in support of operations and processes.

Who we are searching for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred)

• 8+ years of general work experience, including 3+ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment, with a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.

• 4+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or business operations

• Experience with operational design, process improvements, governance creation and oversight, technology assessments, implementation, and execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into manageable components.

• Strong, independent voice to push teams' thinking and influence leaders on direction while building trust-based relationships across the company.

• High-energy, team-first, positive attitude, autonomous, motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate discussions and communicate insights with senior-level leaders.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly understand the "why" behind decisions.

• Ability to digest complex data and present findings clearly to drive decision-making and outcomes, with experience in financial and strategic modeling. SQL skills are a plus.
