Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role entails working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in customer relationship management, database management, and creating effective advertising strategies. This role is integral to boosting brand awareness and driving customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

• Manage and update customer databases regularly for accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team to create and publish engaging content for our social media platforms.

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to report on the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures and other promotional materials.

• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and understand consumer preferences and trends.

• Support the marketing team in organizing various projects and activities.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional events to increase brand awareness.

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive company image.

• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies based on knowledge of company offerings and market trends. Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM systems
